Mephisto's Golf Shoe
It was a good 9 holes. Approaching the 8th though Mephisto's shoe broke!
Did it put him off his shot?

Could change the game. Instead of being 'in the rough' or 'the bunker' it would be a very difficult shot from 'in the sole'

The only people who have anything to fear from us H are those walking up the other fairways. I remember a while back TGV was complaining about a family of geese who decided to settle about six feet from the hole on the par three 7th at Hele Park just as he was about to take his shot. I told him they probably thought it was the safest place to sit.
